Managing Differences

International strategy and leadership

A successful global mindset requires dimensions of leadership that reflect the international context and that can be integrated throughout the organisation. This is achieved by identifying and targeting implementation issues at the level of strategy, culture and people and then coaching leaders as they facilitate transitions throughout the organisation.

Vision, relationship, power and credibility are the four dimensions of leadership, which are the focus of our global leadership development programmes. From these dimensions, four essential roles are derived for the international leader: forward thinker, relationship builder, powerful facilitator and courageous steward. We are able to tailor development programmes to the needs of the organisation, the level of the organisation and the level of expertise of the participants, using such strategies as process analysis, coaching and training.
