Managing diversity and performance improvement

As with intercultural communication, our services in this area reflect the particular requirements of clients. Most programmes, however, involve participants recognising differences in their own work environment, examining their assumptions, exploring stereotypes that they may hold about other races, cultures, religions and job functions, and seeing ways in which assumptions and stereotypes affect them, their working relationships and their work performance. Applying concepts introduced in the training to work situations through a coaching process is a critical component in all of these programmes.
