Organisational change and learning

Organisational learning and innovation are some of the positive outcomes of change initiatives in organisations. The essence of our change management and learning programmes is facilitating the role transitions that are required of individuals and groups as the organisation evolves to meet its challenges. This is particularly important in an international context.

We use a coaching methodology to support and challenge people as they change their day-to-day roles and behaviour and adapt to diverse and complex environments and technology. We have found this particularly useful in countries which do not have a culture of "mechanisation".
