Managing Differences
Team work and self-managing teams (Coaching)
Our programmes use a coaching methodology to facilitate modes of cooperation for flexibility, learning, and risk taking, which have a direct impact on improving performance in the workplace. Coaching involves training a number of staff as coaches who can impart their skills and knowledge to peers and subordinates, and provide a framework for them to develop the capacity to learn on the job. Over time, staff do not need to be taken off line for training, learning relationships are established, knowledge generation and transfer become a part of the normal way of operating, and the skill base of the company is significantly increased.
